Welcome. I’m Belinda Kelly.

Combined, these skills, which I’ve been honing for nearly a quarter of a century, allow me to get to the crux of what you want to say and how you need to say it.

Interviewing: an experienced interviewer, I help subject matter experts in the paper and print industries, packaging, building products manufacturing, housebuilding and energy to distill their knowledge into the important facts and deliver it in language their customers will understand, whether in blog, brochure or article format, for their website or even internal comms.

Researching: my research skills ensure that facts are verified, reliable sources sought, and work is fully referenced. I can also do qualitative research into what your competitors are saying and the language preferences of your customers, whether you’re in logistics, sign and display or technology.

I’m a copy and content writer, marketer and journalist

Marketing: with over 20 years of marketing experience working for large companies with a global reach, I can make sure that we get the right type of content in the right place and at the right time for your audience of printers, designers, architects or house buyers.

Copywriting: when I write, I put myself in the your audience’s shoes, making sure that the copy answers the questions they’re asking, and that yours is the company they want to do business with.

Since 2015, I’ve been helping businesses in some of the world’s oldest industries - paper, print and brick making - to tell their stories in new and interesting ways. I’ve helped them win a few awards, too.

It’s work that has introduced me to other topics, sectors and industries, including packaging, sign and display, housebuilding, sustainability, logistics, health and safety, e-commerce, energy, IT, and even interiors. There are a number of common threads running through them, which means I can bring useful insight to our conversations and the work we do.

We will discover the best ways to tell your business’s story - corporate and product - online and offline (online is great, but I’ve worked in the print and paper industry for 25 years and can talk endlessly about the benefits of getting stuff printed and into people’s hands).

For many of my clients, I’m an extension of their team, supporting them with one-off projects or providing content on a regular basis. I can do that for you, too.
